Through our easy-to-use booking system, you can book your studio time…in no time!
Below are the step-by-step instructions on how to to it, but if you have booked with us before or feel adventurous (although we do ask you to please review the information presented here), skip ahead to the “BOOK IT!” tab and do your thing.
STEP 1
CHOOSE THE DATE
Once you have picked a date, you can filter of the view by day, month or you can see a list of all the bookings for that particular day.
STEP 2
CHOOSE THE STUDIO, THE TIME AND CONFIRM IT
The first step is to choose the studio you want to book. Studios are arrange by column. Make sure you select the right studio for rental (with or without engineer, etc.)
Now is time to pick a time. Once you select a time, you can drag the borders of the white box that indicates the duration of the booking to state the duration (1 hour, 2 hours, etc.)
Final for this step is to tap or click the button with green checkmark [✓ Book]. You can cancel this step by tapping the red [x Cancel] button, allowing you to select another day, time and/or studio.
STEP 3
CREATE A RECORD WITH US
We now need a way to contact you. Please enter your email address. This process is only done once. Once you create a record with us and you are logged in, this won’t be necessary.
Is your email typed in the box indicated with the “1” below? Great. Tap or click on the [✓ Check email…] green button (indicated with “2”, below) to proceed. At this point you can still go back and change initial details of your booking by tapping or clicking the [x Cancel booking] button.
STEP 4
NOW, THE FULL DETAILS OF YOUR BOOKING
We now know the day, time and studio you want to book. But hold up! We still need to know more.
Provide a title for your production in the corresponding field. On the notes field, and this is very important, we ask you to provide as much information as possible about your production. We are looking for details such as:
- format: video or audio only
- performance: live streaming or recorded
- type of production: interview, selling product, discussion panel, etc.
- number of on-camera people
- indicate if you need help designing a set
Please provide as much detail as possible. It will significantly reduce the time that will take us to confirm your booking!
STEP 5
WHEN ALL IS THE WAY YOU WANT IT, CONFIRM IT!
The two final steps are to check or tick the box indicating that you have read and agree with our terms and conditions, in addition to our privacy policy and to tap or click on that big green [✓ Confirm booking] button.
Now you are done! As soon as we receive your booking, we’ll be in touch for either a final confirmation of your booking or for more details
PAYMENTS
Yep, we gotta talk about this! At this moment we accept ATH Móvil (pATH: /webneticos) and checks. If you pay with the latter, you won’t receive a confirmation until we clear your check, a process that should take between 2 to 5 business days.
